Thank you for choosing Aura of Light. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Canada using 100% natural soy wax and is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. During busy periods or holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Within Canada

Aura of Light currently ships anywhere within Canada. We look forward to expanding shipping to the United States in the future.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Free Local Delivery

We proudly offer free local delivery within Mississauga, Ontario on orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes).

If your order qualifies, the free local delivery option will automatically appear during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aura of Light is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses.

Damaged During Shipping

Every Aura of Light candle is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
